One of my favourite things is enjoying walks around the Stevenage countryside (the bit of Stevenage at the far eastern tip, the woods and footpaths). I love the peacefulness of the empty walkways, void of traffic and loudness that town centres harbour.
I love how nature merges with infrastructure, the ways trees seemingly sense the danger of electricity and keep back, whilst the cables give a warning hum.

The only other sounds disturbing the quiet air are pleasant, the wonderful twittering of birds and cattle moo with delight as the infrequent visitor passing them by.
